Greg Howdeshell is a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector and an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®). Trained by InterNACHI, the world’s largest nonprofit association for property inspectors, he upholds the highest industry standards in residential and commercial inspections.
Before becoming licensed in 1997 Greg completed an apprenticeship with veteran home inspectors, successfully completed many hours of coursework covering the various systems of residential construction and inspection and passed the comprehensive state exams. TREC license renewal requires ongoing accredited Continuing Education, ensuring inspectors stay up to date with industry advancements.

Before achieving InterNACHI certification, Greg completed rigorous training covering both interior and exterior home systems, including foundation, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems—key areas of concern for homebuyers. He is now a proud graduate of InterNACHI® School, the only nationally accredited home inspector college offering a Home Inspector Certificate Program.
