As a Texas Real Estate Commission licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector, an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) and a graduate of the Home Inspector Certificate Program at InterNACHI® School, I'm committed to upholding the Texas Real Estate Inspection Standards. To maintain my InterNACHI membership and certifications in good standing, I diligently pass an Inspector Exam every three years, adhere to comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice, follow a strict Code of Ethics, and complete 24 hours of accredited Continuing Education courses each year. Greg Howdeshell holds a Professional Real Estate Inspector license issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission and is a Certified Professional Inspector CPI® trained by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association providing education, training, and certification for residential and commercial property inspectors (www.NACHI.org).
Before becoming licensed in 1997 Greg completed an apprenticeship with veteran home inspectors, successfully completed many hours of coursework covering the various systems of residential construction and inspection and passed the comprehensive state exams. TREC license renewal requires the completion of accredited Continuing Education courses.
​To maintain his membership in good standing, all InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and complete accredited Continuing Education courses each year.

Before becoming InterNACHI certified, our inspectors completed rigorous inspection courses covering both interior and exterior aspects of homes, including common and major areas of concern for homebuyers like the foundation, heating & cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems.
